Many peaks require technical skills, glacier travel and winter camping to reach the top and get back down. Join a trip led by Nick to the mountains of your dreams. Nick has lead many trips around Alaska into the Alaska Range, Wrangle-St. Elias, Chugach, Kenai, Tordrillo, Neacola mountains and more. As well as having experience from several international trips.

Group size: up to 3 or 5 guests depending on trip, up to 6-10 guests with second guide.
Prerequisite: Advanced downhill skiing ability and previous touring experience. Practice with tying knots before the trip.

Sample Itinerary: for an 8-day Base Camping Ski Mountaineering Trip into Denali National Park / Alaska Range:
Meet for a trip briefing and gear check. Drive to Talkeetna. Register at NPS. Final packing to be ready for flight.
Fly into the Alaska Range in the morning. Set camp and settle into our home for the week.
Glacier travel skills and crevasse rescue training. Snowpack assessment.
