On most trips Nick's guiding style typically involves some skills training and general mountain awareness knowledge. However if you are interested in a formal instructional course, consult with Nick to have your rescue, navigation, glacier travel, ski mountaineering, and backcountry skiing goals met. [1-5 days or longer for expedition instructional trips.]

Nick can offer training for your outdoor program. Permit agencies and insurance companies are increasingly interested in having certified guides working with them to boost their operational safety plans. Nick has worked with the Military, Guide Services and Search and Rescue organizations to train staff and help their programs.
